(1) Job Responsibilities:
In-depth Industry and Target Company Research: Conduct systematic, in-depth research on the market landscape of Japan’s three major sectors, the competitive dynamics of leading companies, the latest trends in technology or product development, and changes in industry regulatory policies; perform comprehensive due diligence on potential target companies, including but not limited to corporate credit, commercial disputes, core qualifications, supply chain stability, and public sentiment; and draft accurate and in-depth industry research reports and target company due diligence reports.

(2) Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in industry research, M&A analysis, or corporate research related to the Japanese market; familiarity with the industry landscape, characteristics of leading companies, and mainstream transaction logic across Japan’s three major sectors; ability to independently draft in-depth industry research reports.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field; experience studying in Japan or at least one year of work experience based in Japan; near-native proficiency in Japanese and fluent business-level English; strong logical analysis skills, data sensitivity, and report-writing abilities.​
