(1) Job Responsibilities:

Integration Plan Design: In the later stages of transaction execution, based on the actual circumstances of the target and in alignment with the investor’s strategic objectives, collaborate with industry development managers and compliance experts to develop a detailed post-acquisition integration plan covering business, operations, culture, governance, and compliance. This plan provides clear guidance for advancing integration following closing;

Integration Implementation: Lead the implementation of the first phase of post-investment integration, including but not limited to adjusting the target company’s governance structure, designing retention incentive systems for key personnel, aligning and merging financial systems, streamlining key business processes, aligning compliance management systems, and integrating corporate cultures; establish a robust mechanism for tracking post-investment integration progress and report regularly to the company and investors on integration progress.

Post-Investment Value Support: Assist the target company in formulating medium- to long-term development plans, integrate the firm’s industry resources to support the target’s business development and market expansion; regularly compile post-investment integration progress reports, identify risks during integration and develop response plans to ensure the target’s long-term performance.


(2) Job Requirements:

Practical Integration Experience: At least 3 years of experience in post-investment integration for cross-border M&A transactions involving Japanese companies, or relevant experience in operational management and business integration at Japanese-affiliated companies; Familiarity with Japanese corporate management structures, underlying business logic, corporate culture characteristics, and post-acquisition integration risk points.

Project Management Skills: Practical experience in post-acquisition integration for medium-sized or larger M&A projects; familiarity with mainstream management methods and standard implementation processes for integration projects; strong cross-cultural team management skills, stakeholder coordination abilities, and conflict resolution awareness; ability to independently address typical issues arising during integration.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related engineering field; experience studying or working long-term in Japan; near-native proficiency in Japanese; fluent business-level English; strong strategic understanding, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset; ability to handle frequent business travel and project-related pressure.
